You may notice that even if you don’t face this issue right now, this exercise is critical for your business success for two reasons. First, this will allow you to be prepared for a rogue innovation in your industry. Second, even if you realize that there is a slim chance of a rogue innovation in your industry, this exercise will allow you to come up with game changing innovations for your business.
